Black has been arrested and booked for fifth degree felony possession of drugs by the Bloomington Police Department in Minnesota, where Weiland and his band made a tour stop yesterday.Police are currently investigating Weiland’s death. TMZ also reports that friends claimed that Weiland, who declared himself drug-free earlier this year, was struggling with drugs again, something that has plagued him throughout most of his career, dating back to his days with Stone Temple Pilots in the mid-’90s.
